FAQ

     If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the ship date.  We ask that the items not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.  You may click here to request a refund, once it is processed, we will send a return label to your email.  When we receive the items, we will issue a refund.  Please allow at least 5 business days for accounts to reflect refund. 

  • What are the shipping options?

     Items are typically shipped through USPS First Class Mail (1-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).  Your shipping fees are a flat $5 per order regardless of order size, to keep things simple.  I also offer local pickup in Independence, KY. 

 

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

     Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout based on location. 

  • When will I receive my order?

     I do my best to ship out all orders within two business days.  As of right now, I am the sole employee so it may take an extra day or two from time to time.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

     If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please reach out to me so we can make it right.  You can click here to contact me. I will reply to your emails ASAP.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

     I strive to make sure every order is perfect.  If you are unhappy with the quality of an item or it is defective, you may request a return here.  If we are able, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

     If you need to make changes to an order, and it has not yet been processed you may do so under the orders tab.  If it has been processed, please use the contact me page to send an email.  If the order has not been shipped, I may be able to make changes.  Once orders are shipped, no changes may be made.

  • Where are you located?

    This shop is in Independence, KY.  This is where all items will ship from, or we offer pickup if you are local as well.   

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

     Most items will run true to size.  If there is any discrepancy in sizing, it will be listed on the item page.

  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

     You can click on the Contact Us link at the top of the page if you have any other questions, comments, or concerns.  We love to hear feedback, especially as we navigate our new website and strive to make it user friendly.
